Blueberry Smoothies

cup Cascadian Farm® frozen organic blueberries (from 8-oz bag)
1/2
cup vanilla soymilk or fat-free (skim) milk
1
container (6 oz) Colombo® Light Fat Free lemon meringue or creamy vanilla yogurt
Honey, if desired
1.
In blender, place blueberries, soymilk and yogurt. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth. Sweeten to taste with honey.

Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
Substitution
It's an easy (and yummy) switch to make these smoothies with raspberries instead of blueberries.
